Right of Withdrawal
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by sending a statement to biuro@jgpro.pl or by post to:
JG PRO – Julia Gryza, ul. Kielecka 37, 25-351 Kielce, Poland.
The returned goods must be sent back within 14 days from the date of sending the withdrawal statement. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to:goods made to the Customer's specifications,
- products that, once opened, cannot be resold for hygiene reasons,
- food products with a short shelf life.
Complaints
If the purchased product is defective or does not comply with the contract, you have the right to file a complaint.
You can send your complaint to biuro@jgpro.pl or by post to:

- Please include:your name,
- order number,
- description of the defect,
- photos documenting the issue (if possible).
Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
