  3. These Terms and Conditions are addressed to both Consumers and Entrepreneurs using the website and define the terms of electronic services and the sale of goods.

2. Definitions

  • Seller – JG PRO – Julia Gryza, operating under the above business details.
  • Buyer – any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit placing an order in the Store.
  • Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  • Store – the online service operated at pupilowakraina.pl.

3. Conditions of Use

7. Complaints

  1. The Seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects.
