We ship parcels throughout Poland, and every product is carefully packed so that your pet can enjoy new treats, food, or accessories as soon as possible.

Delivery Methods

We offer convenient shipping options:

Courier (DPD, InPost, DHL, Poczta Polska) – fast delivery directly to your address.
InPost Parcel Lockers – collect your package at a convenient time, 24/7.
Personal Collection – at our stationary point in Cedzyna (by prior arrangement).

Order Processing Time

Orders placed and paid for by 11:00 a.m. are usually shipped the same day.
The standard delivery time is 1–2 business days (depending on the selected shipping method).

Delivery Costs

The shipping cost depends on the chosen delivery method and is displayed in the cart before finalizing your order.
For purchases over PLN 500, we offer free delivery (applies to shipments within Poland).

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can easily check where your package is.

Delivery Notes

Please check the condition of the package upon receipt.
If you notice any damage, please prepare a damage report with the courier and contact us
